The black streaks on your roof are a living organism — Gloeocapsa magma — and pressure washing only knocks back the visible part. Our ARMA-compliant low-pressure soft wash kills it at the root, so you don't see it again for years.
We treat from the gutter up, with a calibrated low-pressure tip that won't displace shingle granules or void your warranty. On metal and tile we adjust chemistry for the substrate. Lichen and moss come off in the same cycle.
