Overview
Pressure washing is for hard, durable surfaces — concrete, brick, drive-thrus, fuel pads, and dumpster aprons — where hot water and PSI are the right tools for the job. Our trailer-mounted hot-water rigs hit 220°F at 4000 PSI and 5.5 GPM, with swiveling 21" surface cleaners that finish flatwork in evenly striped, like-new condition.
We pre-treat oil and grease with enzymatic degreaser, agitate, and flush with hot water — gum, soda, and food-court drips lift cleanly. Reclaim recovery is available on request to keep your stormwater permit clean.
We schedule against your operating hours so the lot is dry and the lines are dry-painted before your first guest of the day arrives.
