Overview
Concrete loves hot water and a surface cleaner. We hit your flatwork at 220°F with a 21" rotating spinner that finishes evenly striped, with no zebra-print wand marks. Oil and grease get pre-treated with enzymatic degreaser; gum and chewing gum lift with a focused steam pre-stage.
On commercial drive-thrus, dumpster pads, and service islands we run reclaim recovery so nothing goes into the storm drain. On request we'll seal and re-stripe in the same scope.
